Luke joined Bishop Fleming’s business services department in 2005 and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant.
He subsequently transferred to the business recovery and insolvency department of Bishop Fleming in 2009 and passed both specialist insolvency qualifications; the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) as a prize winner and more recently qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner having passed the Joint Insolvency Examination Board (JIEB) examinations at first attempt.
Luke is responsible for advising both corporate businesses and individuals and has experience in all aspects of corporate and personal business recovery and insolvency work. He has a particular interest in corporate rescue procedures including Administration and Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs) and is proven to be successful at drafting proposals to balance the interests of the company and creditors.
Outside of work Luke is a motor sport enthusiast, both competing and spectating, and plays football for his town in the Devon and Cornwall league.
